KINKAI Fruits and Vegetables Dehydration Machine Introduction
KINKAI third generation heat pump dryer type fruits and vegetables dehydration machine is a device that transfers heat from a colder area (ambient temperature) to a hotter area (drying chamber) by using mechanical energy, as in a refrigerator, circulating hot-air assures uniform drying and high efficiency.

Working Principle
1, Dryer evaporator of refrigerant absorb the air from outside
2, then compressor works that make the air temperature rise
3, heat exchanger change the hot air into drying chamber
4, final vegetables/fruits/seafood/herbs will be dried by the hot air circulating in drying chamber

By using the forced ventilation function, there are partition sheet and fan motors inside the drying chamber to make sure hot air cycle, so the raw materials can be dried evenly
4, The temperature: 10-75°C, Max 75°C, similar nature drying.
5, The baking plate dimensions and materials can customize as customer request.
6, Good drying quality.
During drying, the material does not craze, does not distortions, non-discoloring, never degenerate, non-oxidize, drying completely, with good rehydration, keep nutrient content;
