Simple Working Principle:
Using the inverse Carnot principle, the gas Freon is compressed by the compressor to become high temperature and high pressure gas (temperature up to 100 C). How to dry shrimps with KINKAI dryer

1. Steaming: Steaming or boiling shrimps in clear water is key to the curing process. Steam fresh shrimps for 10 minutes until they are easy to shell and the color of shrimps turn red from bluish white.

2. Drying: Shell the steamed shrimps, put them on the plate or rack on an even basis, and dry them at 50-65°C until the moisture content is reduced to 18%.

3. Inspection: Sort out the dried shrimps into groups and remove other things.

4. Measurement and packaging: Place them into the packing bags based on measurement after inspection.
