KINKAI heat pump dryers use the inverse Carnot principle to absorb heat from the surrounding and transfer heat to the material to be dried. This dryer is mainly composed of heat pump dryer and drying room. The dryer will be controlled by a touch screen controller and the temperature can be adjusted. It has low power consumption.
There are usually only three modes of operation
Dry; Drying + dehumidification; cooling
Drying: The temperature can rise quickly, but the dryer cannot expel moisture
Drying + dehumidification: chamber heating to discharge moisture
Cooling: Temperature can drop to 10c (minimum)
Sometimes, if the dryer does not accurately control the temperature, please choose temperature + humidity
Dryer FAQ
1. High voltage protection
A. The hot air circulation fan does not work
a1. Ac contactor for overload protection of hot air circulating fan (please check whether the power supply is out of phase/wiring port or voltage is unstable)
a2. Part of the hot air circulation fan does not rotate (check whether the fan has multiple ON/OFF switches or part of the fan is burned down)
a3. The fan is damaged (replace the fan or uninstall the damaged fan).
B. Too many products on the pallet or too many pallets on the trolley will cause hot air obstruction (hot air cannot be circulated in the drying room or the wind speed is too slow, usually the distance between two pallets is reasonable at 8-10cm).
C. Electronic expansion valve throttle valve opening is too small; Or get stuck.
c1. The controller automatically reduces the opening of the electronic expansion valve (the temperature sensor is not accurate -- replace the installation position, replace the position of 1# and 2# sensors)
c2. Electronic expansion valve not working (rotate valve body)
D. Box temperature is too high (Lower the temperature)
E. If the refrigerant is not high temperature, reinflate it.
2. Low voltage protection
A. Air leakage (check the leak point and repair)
B, the weather is too cold (extend the low pressure protection inspection time, or fill with low temperature gas, such as R22/R417A)
C. Electronic expansion valve opening is too small (increase)
3. High exhaust temperature protection
A. Leaking gas (check the leak point, repair),
B. Electronic expansion valve does not work (rotate valve body).
4. The temperature sensor is faulty (replace with a new one).
5. The dehumidifying fan is damaged. B. The controller is faulty. C. The dehumidifier fan is powered off
