What is Heat Pump Dryer?
A device that transfers heat from a colder area (ambient chamber) to a hotter area (drying chamber) by using merchanical energy, as in a refrigerator.

Working principle with our drying machine:
 1. Our dryer evaporator of refrigerant absorb the hot air from outside;
 2. Then compressor works made the hot air temperature rise;
 3. Then  heat exchanger change the hot air into drying chamber;
 4. Final vegetables/fruits /seafood/herbs will dried by the hot air circulating in drying chamber.

Attentions

1.The early temperature shall not be too high since the high temperature has a negative impact on drying quality.

2. Fish contain a lot of water, but also fat and grease, so it is very hard to remove water from them. Therefore, control over the speed of dehydration is of importance.

3. Color of cured fish is another important factor.

4. Be ventilated well in the drying process to prevent water vapor from staying on the surface of casings.
