 KINKAI Heat pump fruit and vegetable drying machine takes advantage of the reversed Carnot principle, absorbing the heat from around and sending the heat to the materials which will be dried. This kind of dryer is mainly composed of heat pump dryer and drying chamber. This dryer will be controlled by touch screen controller, and the temperature can be adjusted. It has low electric consumption.


Wide application 

Dry fruits like apple,mango,pineapple,plum,apricot,berry and ect.

Dry vegetable like radish,lettuce,carrots,tomato,cassava and ect.

Dry meat like fish,shrimp,sausage,beef,duck and ect.

Others it can dry noodles,wood,stick incense,herbs,flowers and ect.

Working Principle:
KINKAI heat pump dryer operates according to a basic reverse Carnot cycle. The working fluid(refrigerant) at low pressure is vaporized in the evaporator, by heat drawn from the dryer exhaust air. The compressor raises the enthalpy of the working fluid of the heat pump and discharges it as superheated vapor at high- pressure. Heat is removed from working fluid and returned to the process air at the condenser.
