Advantages of KINKAI maca dryer

F The automated Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is used to adjust the drying process so as to retain properties of maca and to guarantee its drying quality.

F The temperature and the humanity are adjustable, significantly reducing the drying time and greatly enhancing the productive performance.

F All maca can be heated evenly and dried up at the same time due to unique design of the cabinet where there are no dead angles.

How to dry fig with KINKAI dryer

Hold the temperature at 65-75°C for 3-5 fours. Raise the temperature to 50-55°C which shall be held for 16 hours and then to 55-60°C for one hour. The entire process takes 19-20 hours. Note: Make sure that the hot air supply is available all the time and is recorded on an hourly basis.
